Thai Panang Curry is a red brown colored dish that’s lightly sweet and flavored with coconut milk. 

The curry also has a nice nutty flavor. It’s not a soupy curry like Thai green curry, but just includes a little sauce to supplement your plate of rice.

The thing I enjoy most about a typical panang curry is the freshly sliced kaffir lime leaves thrown of top that give the dish a wonderful aroma and zesty touch.
